Whats Needed To Pick Up Your Vehicle
- Vehicle Registration or Title
- Car Keys
- Valid Driver’s License or Government Issued ID
- All applicable fees and dues must be paid at time of release
- Cash (We do not accept other forms of payment)
- If a non vehicle owner is picking up the vehicle a filled out 3rd party release form will be needed see below for more info

3rd Party Release Form
If you are unable to retrieve your vehicle from our impound yard in person, Rapid Recovery Inc. offers a 3rd Party Release option. This process allows you to authorize another individual to pick up your vehicle on your behalf.
To initiate a 3rd Party Release, the registered owner of the vehicle must fill out and sign the 3rd party release form. This form grants permission for an authorized person to act on your behalf and retrieve the vehicle.
Please note that we cannot release a vehicle to a third party without proper authorization. This policy helps ensure vehicle releases are secure and compliant with Minnesota state regulations.

Whats Required For 3rd Party Release?
- A 3rd party release form filled out and signed for by the vehicles registered owner
- A copy of the valid driver’s license or state-issued ID for the registered owner.
- A copy of the registration documents proving the individual is the registered owner.
- All applicable fees and dues must be paid at time of release
